There are basically two ways to lower your blood pressure. The first is drugs but the big problem is that they are riddled with side effects. I'm not talking about a minority - the vast majority of people taking these drugs will have bad side effects. Doctors know this and patients will have to go through several different combinations just to find the one with the least side effects. The alternative is natural lifestyle changes. The major one is diet but this alone is not enough.
